To log-in type in a nickname and click the
"Connect" button. Leave your user name as "Java".
Our Java applet uses state of the art JAVA
technology. It works thorugh SOME firewalls but not all. If
you get a BLANK screen its likely you have MS Internet Explorer
but you do NOT have java virtual machines installed. As of
June/July 2002 Microsoft stopped allowing the installation
of this from their website. Java can be downloaded from Sun's
website or you can download Microsoft's Virtual Machine. Links
are below.

If you have problems logging into the chat
and are using Microsoft Internet Explorer try this. On MS
Internet Explorer click on TOOLS --> INTERNET OPTIONS and
then proceed to click on the DELETE INTERNET FILES and check
the "Delete all offline content" and press OK. Then
click on SETTINGS and click on "View Objects" and
make sure all Conference Room related objects are deleted.
Close your browser and open a new one and try to access chat
as before.
